According to Variety, the actor from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be charged with assault and harassment on May 9.
Today, on the request of the People and with the approval of the defense attorney, the judge ordered a Full Temporary Order of Protection for the victim.
A Limited Temporary Order of Protection was issued at the moment of arraignment, according to a statement from the Manhattan District Attorney's Office to Variety.
A full temporary order of protection prohibits any direct or indirect contact between the parties and is in place until the next court date.
Alleged domestic altercation with a 30-year-old woman, Jonathan Majors was taken into custody in New York on March 25 and charged with assault and harassment.
According to Variety, Majors was detained by the New York police after they reacted to a 911 call.
With "minor injuries to her head and neck," the unidentified victim was hospitalized, according to the authorities.
